At Remindinsoles.com, all orders are shipped from Vista, California. The aim is to have orders out the door in 1-2 business days. Tracking information is sent via email once the order is in route. Currently, expedited shipping is not offered. The options are ground shipping as UPS® Ground and USPS Priority. Free shipping via USPS is offered for orders over $75.
The return policy is good for 30 days for orders within the US that were purchased through the website. Items denoted as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria: brand new, in their original condition and in its original packaging. This includes: not trimmed or altered, free of hair, fuzz, stains, and other markings. Returns are subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund. If store credit is selected, the return shipping fee will be waived. Returns can take up to 30 days to process. Once the return is received, a refund will be completed. Returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the Return Policy criteria may be refused.
Orders using a final sale code, items that state they are final sale on their listing, and orders from outside the US are ineligible for a refund. If a damaged/defective item is received, contact should be made within the 3 days of the package being postmarked as delivered.
The warranty covers items purchased through the online store for a period of 30 days. At the moment, returns for international orders are not accepted.
